Feedback and Complaints

 

It is important to us that you are happy with the service provided by Redwood Skills. We want to hear from you so please do not hesitate to give us your feedback, good or bad. From time to time things don’t go according to plan. If this happens, please tell us so that we can put the situation right.  

If you are unhappy about any aspect of your programme or our service, please contact our Quality Manager on 0208 607 7850 (or emailnina.royle@redwoodskills.com), who will make a record of and investigate your complaint. We will keep you informed of what is happening and of the outcome. We aim to resolve your complaint within 5 working days. If however you are unhappy with the outcome you can contact one of our Directors.
